Best Preparation:   We take the time needed to prepare the surface for optimum coating adhesion. This means power washing, scraping, sanding, priming where needed.

Best Application: Our Painters are trained in proper applications techniques. (Siding,) spray and brush back then top coat.  (Doors, Windows) nothing beats a spray finish for doors and wood windows, don’t settle for less.

Best Paint: We use only top of the line coatings from area contractor distributors and apply them according to manufacturer’s specifications.

Best Crew: We are proud of the young men that make up the Brookside Crew. They are clean cut, hard working, and from the local area. Most members of the crew have worked for Brookside for at least 3 years, Lead men 5 years.

They are trained all phases of paint prep and application, as well as  hook & ladder and rope & harness techniques for navigating steep roofs. We do not use  roof damaging nail on foot hold braces.

No smoking, course language or loud music will be found a Brookside job site.

Best Clean up: Brookside uses, tarps and takes special care to protect plants, sidewalks, driveways, and lawns. We always have a garbage can on site so that the job site remains clean.
